Music Cube at Westfield London

Hey guys!

Last week, I went to Westfield London with my friend Trisha (aka trisha60 on YouTube) to do a little shopping, spend some time together and to experience the awesomeness of the Music Cube!!

We ate a little ice cream, bought a little nail polish and then it was time to party on down at the cube!

The music cube is cool - it's basically like a live silent disco, but taken to another level!

When we arrived, we were greeted with a very happy, dancing man who provided us with radios and beautiful Sennheiser URBANITE headphones.

We didn't actually know who to expect inside the cube as we weren't told. There was a session prior to the one we were booked in for and we watched from the sidelines. It looked pretty fun and there was no sound at all coming from the cube!

Every now and again you'd hear the crowd cheer and you knew they were let in on a little secret that the rest of the world (or shopping centre) were just like "huh?"

Waiting for the screens to go up built up a lot of anticipation and we were excited to see what was to come... There were a few gaps in between the screens and we peeked into the cube trying to see.

And then bam.

Lippi was revealed!!

He played 3 or 4 songs and it was great having the live band there. You could really feel the music because it was live and because we were standing on a sensory vibrating floor!!!

The headphones were very comfortable to wear and adjustable which is great - there were little kids in there and some elders too.

After the set ended, everyone seemed to be on a high and we even got to meet Lippi's family, mainly because Trisha bounded over to them and was all "Be in my video!". Lippi even waved at us but neither of us were recording at that time and we kicked ourselves...

It was definitely a fun, exciting experience that isn't really similar to anything I've seen or heard before - definitely check it out if you get a chance to!!

You can follow Lippi on Twitter and listen to his music on Soundcloud.

To experience the music cube with me, you can watch the vlog I made :)

Trisha also vlogged her day :D
