Hello! It's been a long time... well not really :P

Hello 500+ followers and thanks for reading/viewing :)

Somehow I find myself drawn to this every time I come to the southbound Bakerloo Line platform at Baker Street XD Unfortunately, it has been a week and a bit since I drafted this post and the poster has now changed... Also I'm no longer travelling to Baker Street as the Hammersmith&City/Circle Lines are suspended for the area of travel that I need to get to.

I went to see it last Thursday (22nd July 2010) with my mother after my graduation! I enjoyed it but I won't pay to go to see it again. Mother said it was good but I don't think she really understood the story much since she hadn't read the books or seen the previous movies!

Anyway, you know the thing Lorraine Stanick does with her hands when she does her outfit of the day clips where she feels her inner thigh when she wears jeans or shorts? Boy, does that feel really good! Try it next time you're wearing jeans. Trust me.

Because I've been having to get up early, I've minimised my makeup routine to just include a few quick products to make me look presentable enough but which cuts down the time I have to get up so I get longer in bed :P

This is what I drafted before:
" Yday I woke up late and so supported the very neutral look with just foundation, powder to set, a bit of lipstain (only on the lips), one goldy reflective eyeshadow as a wash all over the lids and mascara!

Actually wearing a very similar look today, just added MAC mineralize skinfinish in Refined to make me look less 2D (the just foundation look is not a good one, as I found out in high school when my friend came in looking so pale and washed out!) with some form of contouring!

And I'm totally loving Sleek's New Skin Revive Foundation (for your reference, I'm the shade Sand)! "

Which kinda brings me onto the next thing I wanted to talk about!

So I heard Sleek was throwing a little foundation matching event in central London on Monday 26th July 2010. (I saw their tweets about this last week - Thursday/Friday I think!)

I went with a friend, Larissa, who writes a Brazillian blog in Portuguese! http://rankingdecosmeticos.blogspot.com/

Her nails matched her dress :P
We were both matched to their Creme To Powder foundation. The Sleek website reads: "A full coverage smooth concealing foundation. The oil-free emulsion transforms into a flawless and matte powder finish. Apply the foundation all over the face to achieve a natural flawless look. 9g"
This foundation retails for £6.99 and it just so happens I'm looking into a compact foundation for on the go that I can take whilst travelling to and from work! I was matched to the shade Barley which I shall be purchasing when it's available. (I found it weird that they didn't give us the foundation or that we couldn't run to the nearest Superdrug to get one!)

A great thing I've heard about is that Sleek are doing tester kits for £2 I believe so you do not have to buy a full sized product if you do not know what your shade is.

Larissa and I, also both received two Sleek iDivine Palettes and two eye dusts each! We were allowed to pick one palette and the other was just the Original palette. There was only a choice of three left by the end of the day when we went but I managed to nab the last Curious palette! I used some of the eyeshadows this morning :)

And I posted a video about it (which is quite bad quality...) along with a mini update and ramble about Rimmel's new scented nail polishes which I currently LOVE!!!

Enough of rambling! Picture time!!!

Warning: There are lots! Pics from my grad, visiting Southend beach and other random times I wanted to share :)

Opted for a neutral look with red lips to match my gorgeous red Reiss skirt that my sister-in-law got me :)

Outside our house and showing my outfit!

With my parents in my robes!
Mum kept taking pics so I got annoyed and made a sad face XD
Holding my degree after graduating!

Bought with a donation to a charity helping sufferers of breast cancer

Mud-laden feet at the beach :P

It was a gorgeous day!
Had to pout at this strawberry! It was heartshaped :P
(of course I ate it!)

At the castle at Tower Hill :)

Tower bridge!
The old city wall :)

I will hopefully get a 'real' video out this week :)

Would you rather..?

10 'would you rather' beauty related questions!

I have a few posts planned but I saw this and thought it would be quite quick for me to get something live. Oh how wrong I was!

Anyway, I better get on with it! Would you rather...

...go out with messy hair and nice make-up or nice hair and no make-up?
I'm not too sure... Originally I thought nice make-up and messy hair since my hair generally doesn't go "bad" so it would be a nice change but now I'm not sure I could deal with it since I'm so used to having alright hair... (indecisive XD you choose for me)

...shave your eyebrows or have your eyelashes fall out?
I think I would have to go with the eyelash thing. Since I now know how to work with falsies and keep them lasting all day (and night) long, I'd be able to deal with it! Eyebrows aren't a big deal for me, but I wonder how people would tell my expression :P and how weird I'd look!

...be forced to shop at only MAC or Sephora for the rest of your life?
Sephora! As long as there was a store near me so I could actually buy! I'm getting a little bored of MAC at the moment and I prefer using many different brands!

...wear lipgloss with lipliner look or 80’s perm?
I think the lipgloss with lipliner! As long as its the right shade? If not, a perm sounds like fun! (Wow. I am so indecisive!)

...leave the house with an obvious foundation line or overdone blush?
Blush! I never seem to put on enough to last me the whole day anyway :P

...wear MC Hammer pants or biker shorts in public?
err... biker shorts? I think I have a nice bum - well, kinda...

...have a bad orange-y spray tan or really weird tan lines that can’t be covered?
Weird tan lines. I can pull off most colours, but I think orange is pushing it!

...bad haircut or bad hair colour?
Bad haircut! My hair will grow out eventually, until then extensions can fix it! I'm not dying my hair until I have too. I never have and I think that's partially why its so healthy!

...have youtube or twitter taken away forever?
This one is SO tough. I don't know if I can answer! If it was Twitter or Facebook, it'd probably be Facebook!

...give up using makeup brushes or mascara?
Brushes! Unless the mascara wand counts as a brush? I didn't wear mascara at first because I only thought it coloured the lashes and I already had black ones so I didn't need to :P But now I love it and have been not reaching for my brushes so much because washing is so time consuming!

What would you rather do??

I blame Coco (update and contest!)

things I need to do today:
- remove crappy nail polish that looks digusting and paint a fresh new coat of pretty polish!
- get a new nectar card as mine is lost
- contact a girl about a review I don't currently have time to do
- get a new phone charger cable as mine is breaking and fails to charge my phone
- talk about a blog contest on in my next post

Okay, so hello readers!!

I'm sorry it has been so long! I will try to blog a bit more often now that I don't have Molly with me (she's my laptop and she's at my brothers!) - we currently do not have wireless internet at my house because our router broke a few weeks ago and the cable doesn't work with Molly because its not been set up for some reason? I am not too sure, but Molly can not get internet at my house currently.

Right, so bascially, I have ten minutes before I begin work and I wanted to rant. I do love a big rant and usually this is beauty related but its my blog and I'm allowed to do whatever I like! :D
(Sorry if you don't want to hear about my day. Actually, I'm not sorry but you can skip to the end about the blog contest I'm holding instead!)

The ten minutes I had before I began work I used to type up the competition! I actually ran over a bit but no one else was in so it was okay! (keep schtum everyone ^_~) Anyway, my dad started off really bad. But there was a package for me needed to be collected as it was Recorded Delivery - which means I'm getting something exciting.

As I stood amongst the dull grey and black suits in my cerise jumper and jeans, I thought about writing this post. I pondered what I should include and my day got better. It helped that the driver of the tube I was getting was smiling. I laughed at how my journey turned out! I had to change a few times, get off a train, get on another train and again etc and then finally I made it to work. Wow. This post is boring me already. Are you snoozing?

It is now currently my lunch break so I'm sat at the computer eating my ham sandwiches and typing. Did you really need to know that?? Our animal calender has a really cute picture today too!

I think that's all for now. There are two new videos I'm planning to film sometime this week when I can finally talk properly: a) Toffee's Top Ten (June 2010) and b) a dry shampoo review/tutorial! So look out for those.

I think people should have lessons in public transport ettiquette! You know, common sense things like letting people off the carriages first before getting on. Oh well. I just have to deal with people standing on the poles so my hands get squished or so that only the high poles are within my grasp, but I still can't reach them because I'm too short :'( so I get bashed about because the tube is jerky and then have to say sorry every 5 minutes... if you ever find yourself in this position, BEND YOUR KNEES. Even slightly. It will totally help with the falling over thing :)

I have some new purchizzles which will be with me soon and I will try to blog about it since I can't video right now really. Anyway, you can keep up with me on Twitter if you like! I update when I can - which is A LOT. :D

Blog Contest:
So the title of the post "I blame Coco" is a little poster thing on the side of a green electric box (used to power street lamps, I believe) which I see everyday I walk into work.

Now, I believe it means "I blame Coco Chanel" because I don't know any other famous Cocos, except the chocolate but that of course would be spelled "cocoa" anyway. This sign always makes me smile and reminds me of a quote by Marilyn Monroe: "I don't know who invented high heels, but all women owe him a lot." What I would like you to do is come up with a phrase on who YOU blame (must be someone famous so if I don't know who they are I can look them up!) and why and leave me a little comment on this post! So, for example: I blame MAC because they're mineralize skinfinishes are so good and I have to have them all! - that did take me like 3minutes to think up, so try and be a bit more inventive if you can!

(upon research, I've found that "I blame Coco" is actually the name of Coco Summers' (Sting's dauughter) band. Oh well, I'm keeping my competition as it is!)

The prizes:
There will be three prizes - I'm not sure what I'm going to include in them yet, but I will definitely do a post about them sometime soon.
Prize A - This will be given to the winner chosen by me!
Prize B - This will be given to the runner up, again chosen by me!
Prize C - This will be given to a random commenter chosen through random.org!

So get entering!!

T&C:
Please only comment once. I can't control this but if I feel you have commented more than once, I will remove you from the draw.
Please do not copy! You can use the same person/thing to blame, but I wanna see different inventive answers! However, unique answers will have a better chance of winning!
Please do not blame me! Entries will get penalised for trying to suck up :P
Please be a public follower of my blog via Google!
Please have permission from your parent/guardian before entering this if you are under 18 and please tell me in your comment!

This will be open until 11.59pm 31st July 2010!!

Good luck and I look forward to your entries!

Love love and blamelove!!
