Models Own Scented & Juicy Jules Glitter Gradient NOTD

So after my previous disaster of a manicure, I decided that a simple glitter gradient should work nicely.

I wanted to give these scented polishes another go, but I have a feeling that the formulae just don't work great for nail art.
I love the scratch n' sniff stickers on the bottle caps!

I have to say, the scents on the nails are quite strong and every time I waft my hand near my face, I catch the sweet scent. However, it can be a little sickly after a while. No worry, as they do dissipate away quite quickly - I couldn't really smell them anymore at the end of the second day.

After my nails had dried (I actually waited this time!), I grabbed a ripped off piece of makeup sponge and began stippling Models Own Juicy Jules onto the tips of my nails. The holographic effect is so much fun in the sun!

I had a stipple a few layers and then finish with the brush, but it turned out quite well. The tips of my nails were a bit thick though and if I had left on my manicure for longer, I would've filed them down.

What do you think? Maybe it would work better with the glitter coming from the half-moon instead?

Love love and naillove!!

    1. Hehe it smells like banana milkshake! I almost got that one but I already have two other similar yellows so I decided against it.

Hope you get yours soon x
