Pink Striped Candy NOTD

I wanted pink nails, but decided that plain pink was a bit boring so I added some curved stripes and some glitter! Glitter always works, don't you think?

Here is the tutorial :)

Step 1: Paint on the base colour
This can be any colour you like! I used OPI Flashbulb Fuchsia :)

Step 2: Paint a curved line onto the nail
I used a white striper brush to draw the lines (Inglot Nail Art Pen in White). This can also be any colour but a contrasting one works the best.

Step 3: Fill in the space
I used a normal white nail polish (Revlon 050 White On White) to fill the space on the nail.

Step 4: Paint on another stripe in a different colour
I used a small nail art brush and a light pink polish (OPI Shorts Story) to create a second stripe. This works well with a different shade of the base colour, can either be darker or lighter.

Step 5: Add stripes of glitter because glitter is awesome!
I used a striping silver glitter polish to add a little sparkle to the stripes!

And then finish off with a top coat :)

Hope you like it and that you try out this simple design!

Love love and pinkstripecandylove!!
